COVID-19 Clinical Research Studies

AMR locations nationwide are currently conducting or will soon be conducting several COVID-19 investigational clinical research studies.  As with all studies, some exclusions will apply.  However, we will have multiple studies needing participants from all walks of life.  Compensation will be available for time and travel.

At this time, there is no proven prevention vaccine so this would offer potential coverage and an opportunity to help advance science in developing a proven vaccine.

Healthy Volunteer Clinical Research Studies

AMR has multiple Healthy Volunteer Clinical Research Studies enrolling as soon as July 2020 throughout the continental United States.  A “healthy volunteer” is someone with no known significant health problems who participates in a clinical research study to test a new drug, an investigational vaccination, a medical device or a medical intervention.    No insurance is required and qualified volunteers may receive compensation for their time and travel.  Listed below are our current and upcoming Healthy Volunteer clinical research studies listed by indication.

Without healthy volunteer participation, clinical research would not be possible.  We appreciate your consideration and hope you are able to help us bring new medicines to life.

RSV Vaccine Clinical Research Study (healthy volunteers ages 60+)
This is an Investigational RSV Vaccine Clinical Research Study for healthy volunteers 60 years of age and older.  Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) causes infections of the lungs and respiratory tract.  In adults and older, healthy children, RSV symptoms are mild and typically mimic the common cold.

Chikungunya Vaccine Clinical Research Study (healthy volunteers ages 18+)
Chikungunya is an infection caused by the Chikungunya virus (CHIKV).  Chikungunya virus is spread to people by the bite of an infected mosquito.  Outbreaks have occurred in countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Indian and Pacific Oceans.  This Investigational Chikungunya Vaccine Clinical Research Study is an important part of preventing global pandemics.
